Our programs offer comprehensive wraparound support, including case management, mental health counseling, trauma-informed care, substance use recovery support, life skills development, and individualized service planning. Through compassionate care and professional support, we help individuals address barriers to long-term stability and wellness.
Reentry & Workforce Empowerment
We empower individuals transitioning from incarceration and other life challenges through workforce readiness training, educational support, job placement assistance, digital literacy, and community reintegration services. Our goal is to help participants build sustainable futures, achieve self-sufficiency, and successfully reconnect with their communities.

Our program is designed to support men, women, and families transitioning through substance use recovery, reentry, housing instability, and other life challenges.
Through compassionate care and comprehensive wraparound services, we help individuals rebuild confidence, strengthen life skills, improve emotional wellness, and work toward long-term independence. Services may include recovery support, case management, behavioral health resources, workforce readiness, life skills development, and community reintegration support.
At New Discoveries Sober Living, we believe recovery is more than sobriety. It is about restoring hope, rebuilding lives, and creating pathways toward lasting stability and self-sufficiency.
